Our reason for existing
Most software shops are optimized to ship code quickly. We're optimized to answer one question first: is this idea worth the engineering investment, and what's the cheapest way to find out. Skip that step and the real cost shows up half a year later, buried inside an architecture nobody wants to touch.
We borrow our method from research teams, not dev shops: isolate the assumption that matters most, test it directly, and only spend real engineering hours once it holds up. It feels slower in week one. It's dramatically cheaper by month six.
We keep our engagement list short on purpose — feasibility studies, prototypes, architecture reviews, legacy audits — for teams who'd rather be wrong in a five-day sprint than in a production incident.
